VPER is a PR genius. When you read through what you posted there is some"IFs" in there."IF VPER secures more orders", IF VPER does bla bla bla...IF VPER ever completed the PRs they have out they would be on the NASDAQ.

Still waiting for the "mid april" news about the double merger. Still waiting on the sales from the LEDs America sales and marketing agreement from Dec 2011. Still waiting on all the sales from the GSA contract they supposedly got last year. So far VPER has paid only enough money to acquire only about 12% of Apollo...Still waiting on the JV that was supposed to be up and running by the end of this year. They didn't get the grant money so I guess they will just abandon that project like everything else they have PRd.
