US banks are not excluded. Just a partial list, I'm sure.........



i was thinking the u.s. doesn't like foreign banks moving in on their laundering or maybe this is their way of taxing foreign entities for operating here.. there's no mention of how much usbc made on its laundering operations but who wants to bet it was a good deal more than $1.9b
