Jj:-CEO UPDATE; Mike called me this morning and we had a 10-15mins of great discussion. He would share anything & everything that is okay in the eye of SEC.

I discussed with him about the SOS DEFAULT STATUS... will be re-instated soon. I discussed with him on the FINANCIALS... they are late & long over due but are on the final stages to be released soon. I asked him about previous R/S's and any future plan.... he stated they are done and over with it last year, and no need to have one in the future since the company is NOW MAKING MONEY. I asked about SHARE STRUCTURE....he said same as what is on the PinkSheet. I asked him if I can visit his facilty as I am 2.5 hr away.... he said anytime for any shareholder to swing by and take pictures of locations, signs, facility but can't share the inside operation because they have JV agreement to keep everything confidential till everything is made public via a legal process and then everyone is welcome to come and see... and they are working on that aspects of requests.
