Probably both.

I think our real pps is around .23, and the rest is traders turning profit.

pps climbed, grabbed traders interest, volume soared, penny alert sites started advertising the stock, more traders came in, etc...

Now I think they are taking their profit, MMs will shake the weaker hands out and we will settle around 22-23.Might even dip to 20 before it climbs back up.

This can all be negated by anything of significance APDN has up their sleeve, which I believe will be the case.
