the company is real enough but the way they just raised money is not the correct way...it is my opinion that they just did a round of toxic financing and sold some debt that was converted and then had pr's to create some liquidity....that is all fine and dandy until someone greedy begins to oversell and no matter how much is bought...it goes down...my opinion is to pass on this for now and wait until this toxic stuff is done...until then it can't go up...you will see I am correct as the float will increase,,,jmhumbleopinion
