Maybe we need to constantly request the company for information.

We need information on current details of AMERO.
We need to know current share structure.
We need to their plans for revenue.
We need to know firmly if the company intends to freeze the AS and also that they will not do a RS in the near future. Not that they have done a RS. But it will stop unnecessary noise. IMO

What other concerns?

IF the company can provide the needed information to satisfy shareholders' concerns, then the promo will be carried out by many shareholders themselves and news get spread.
