After reading the court documents it appears to me that Playboy upset the apple-cart when they made a midstream management change. Prior to that change it seems all was going very well between Playboy and Playbev. Yah think uh "greed" set it??? Playbev seem to really be rocking - working well with Playboy until -- the Playboy management change took place and their behind the scenes/under-the-table strategies/deals Playboy implemented with little to no discussion with Playbev. It'll all be sorted out soon - beginning Jan. 3, 2013. JMO folks.
