How about many of the shareholders who are prisoner here is the US of odumba needing to get their profits/losses taken care of as next year their taxes will more than double by the time our elites in charge get done. I believe that this is the main reason volume is way up along with those who don't want to wait per the announcement.

All the other periferal noise is just that, unsubstatiated noise.
