I tried to buy some of the 4 cent CNYC shares. ETrade cofirmed a trade for me. I didn't check the All or None box. They got me one share at 4 cents. I bought a few thousand more at a little over 5 cents. It ticked me off and I complained to ETrade by email. The commission was $9.99. Cost of one 4 cent share was $10.03. Not worth calling them. Too much hassle.
