Friedman has been given a lot of attention since the 1960's and became a regular Guru of economics in the 1980's.
He's an intelligent man, sure......
But his field of economics is NOT a science.
He's famous for the idea that greed or personal gain drive economic decisions.
Kinda silly at this time of year when retail has it's biggest season.
Yea, gift giving, decorating, parties, donations, etc are the motivation at Christmas.
