Better check with the town of Turner Valley, I think thier old gas plants are being turned into historical monuments sites and the city is in a clean up mode, I just got back from Albians Alberta Canada, I work the Oil Fields out there for Suncor & Syncrude which are dumping over 14 Billion in our rock crusher & Coke tower project were doing. Sure Turner Valley is good for oil, in the past it woud produce enough gas to supply NY for a day and more, TV was the start and boom for oil for Canada during and before the war of '41. but regulations and replenishing the town might be a problen for major expansion here. IMHO. perhaps contact thier enviromental division province and see what regulations they have started to post out there, that way you can confirm what type of results you can get out of itcy?
