About $11K traded today. That is not a lot. But that is what is taking the pps down. 100K shares at 2 cents is what $2,000. Not much money but when the news comes and volume it will not take much to make the pps go up. Teco is a great buy and if you have $2k then buy 100K shares. Not a big gamble at all.
