Maybe Megas could have all his "original, genuine" shareholders sign an agreement to notify their brokers that their shares are not available for shorting(, and that ALL these certified nonshortable shares be "tagged" with a "financial RFID" such as an extra digit or Mr. Yuck symbol accompanying their CUSIP making clear their permanent nonshortable ("PENS") status, if possible).

All original BCIT shares would need to be certified by their broker as certified nonshortable before BCIT resuming trading, and during all future transactions. Once all BCIT shares are now certified to brokers as nonshortable, "the system" would be responsible for hunting down & exterminating all shorty phantom vermin and their sources. A class of shares that by definition are nonshortable would be hugely popular with stockholders of every company!

As my dream scenario unfolds even professional bashers like J. Shell would eventually be forced to seek legit employment...LOL

PS Some say their patience is wearing thin. In this case that is an impossibility. When patience has no alternative, it just has to accept things. Here, your incapacity to do anything will benefit you with $ because all you are allowed to do is to wait until it's time to accept the money handed to your account!
