Let's see, LDM was purchased for less than $7 million, MDMN has only a 50% interest and Amarant just got an 85% interest without paying anything so far.

No, I don't think it's worth a nickel/share.

I think it will be lucky if it's worth what was paid for it, which is about 4/10ths cent per share. IF there's no more dilution.
