CDEX has shown no real sign of having reformed since JB became the putative CEO.

I don't know why you would think it has reformed JUST because MP moved off to a NC lake and Golf course, and JB has managed to sell the junk left over from the old days. Or 10 of them. Or so he claims.

CDEX manufactured 25 Valimeds with the bells and whistles plus gave away some in other configurations to various people. Including a personal copy to GUDE OLE JIM to play with and write a widely ignored white paper about. BAXA if you remember could not sell them and left them stored at the TUCSON LAB.

All the actions of JB so far has only managed to dilute drastically the equity of shareholders and ran through a Chap 11...a new experience for him since he was used to dealing with a chap 7.

MP has millions of tradable shares. He could profit greatly from a P&D if JB and them can generate one.
