I have an iPhone as does my wife, daughter and son-in-law. It does everything that you asked for. I was at the Verizon store the other day and got a glimpse of the new Samsung phone. It really has a nice screen and is larger than the iPhone (could be a drawback IMO). I think that the Samsung will allow more Apps that offer more of a "dog and trick pony" show. The reason I say that is because APPLE is more demanding when it comes to any Apps being built for their operating system.
