You're talking about a couple of weeks. It cannot get done that fast--sec just got most recent replies a couple of days ago. It should be close. Maybe in January or early February for sec okay and then an x-date of a week after that and then the distribution.

It seems to be moving but will not get done by the end of 2012, imo.
