I'd bet that a more positive reaction would come after filing financials, if the financials show the kind of situation that would make the merger workable without losing shareholder value.
Obviously ETLC is going to have to pay to make it happen, but if the balance sheet shows it's worth it, the shareprice will follow.
What the financials say is key, I believe.
