Todd, I believe it had those capabilities before being sold to 4Js. Now I don't pretend to be a database expert(I'm learning:), but I believe this product can really get a boost by combining with the ACS, which I've now come to think they may not be doing yet. Read this article about the ACS. It gives hints of the genesis of that product out of the ADS. So the ADS probably has more compatability built in than other databases, but not up to the ACS. It didn't appear to be setting the world on fire at 4Js, so even with Rik behind things, it probably won't set any fires here...unless there have been changes. And I'm not sure that has happened....yet. Here's hoping I'm wrong And note the SAP/Sybase comments in the article. I can't shake the suspicion this had at least some part in the downfall.
