"CDEX received the initial deposit of one hundred and ninety nine thousand dollars for the ten ValiMed machines, which enabled the company to begin the procurement of materials and initiate final assembly of the units."

That statement makes it look as if CDEX was back down close to being broke already. ENABLED is the key word.

Can you smell a rat?? I can. Kuwait can buy better stuff than valimed. Already assembled. Probably cheaper.

So what is it I smell?? I smell an attempt at a P&D. The IG4 is IMAGINARY and won't do what is claimed. Nobody is buying it.

So they drag out the Valimeds sitting on the shelf, chase out the roaches and rat turds, disinfect them and "sell" them to some YAHOO for 199 K, Try to run the SP up, and make a killin IF the P&D works out.
