Notice the volume changes, no price changes then a huge price jump just on 1 trade 142k.

Remember MM's do not allow someone to sell 1.7 million shares out of the blue on 11/13 unless there is at least a small bit of buying. Better said. a decent exchange day. 11/13 was not a sell.
