4:24 PM MFA Financial (MFA) lowers its quarterly dividend to $0.20 from $0.21 previously. The 4.8% reduction is a lot less than what's being seen out of the pure-agency mREITs. MFA has about 41% (as of Sept. 30) of its portfolio in non-agency MBS.
