I wouldn't take anything James Covello says with a grain of salt.
The guy is a quack.

His job is blow everything negative as far out of porportion as possible.
He doesn't know diddly squat about the tech segment.
He has been incorrect for 5 quarters in a row (Maybe more).
The one thing you can bank on is his incorrect forcasting.
If he says sell it's probably time to buy.
