I think the market for FnF preferred stocks must like the Evans rule. We closed well today.

2.5% inflation and 6.5% unemployment are the constraints, and within those constraints the Fed can do what it can to support a robust economy.

It didn't come up much during the election cycle, but the U.S. economy is recovering, big time. Housing is a big part of it.
