Poker; Why should they filed in Cal. if they can get a friendlier venue in another state? Also how do you know that Sony hasn't come to terms for an agreement? I thank you very much for the heads-up on your post as I feel we need a lot of exposure,so the public will have a heads up on these co.s that are infringing on our patents. This is big news and it just hasn't been touted enough. I feel people just don't believe that we are holding the hammer here,maybe this is just the start of TPL turning loose of a little advertising money. I love it. Thank you RJ
