It would've been so very simple for Reid to have released the Aug, and Sep sales numbers in early-mid Oct. No need for even an audit. Give the stockholders some reassurance previous sales numbers were real, and not part of the SEC investigation into fraud. Then again if there were no sales, he wouldn't be able to release PRs claiming sales. Thus you get what you see - no PRs.

Many months from now a 10F will clear things up as to the business model - assuming one gets released.
