What you're understanding is MASSIVE DILUTION. Nguyen and his MM friends want you to buy the .0002's.

Most people want to buy at .0001 and not at .0002 because they don't believe enough that the SCAM is going to work.

Nguyen better start pumping out those PRs if he wants to sell at a higher price.
