Pretty funny how this co. works...

Every 6 months - it seems to put out a LOI that is never finalized.

Then most likely paid pumpers and boiler room operators pump it up for a few days and it spikes, they close out their long positions and then their buddies the "shorts" come out and short it back to the ground.

Looks like an empty shell to me and they appear to not own anything of value.

I guess the pump is over until next June.
