Not DDing like you, all I can say " pipe line or insiders buying, hasn't changed many minds yet. It has gapped twice in the last 1 1/2 years. TA doesn't call gaps. And they have retraced 100% to date. Sorry, I just don't like betting on the 40 to 1 horse, not my style.

As for fundamentals and TA, it's telling you what the big guys really think. If you check insiders resent buying, it has been very active for months. OCT 20 & 21 shows insiders that haven't shown up much before or there are option buys at 66% discount.

The possible sale could have something to do with new insiders buying all of a sudden. IMO a company looking for a buyer is crying for help. Don't know if they are looking, but insiders tend to buy before a sale.

I mean look at the Q3, best ever financials, yet PPs continued down. OCT 17th.

I just don't see what you do here. PS: Some good companies have bad stocks. I don't see as good a company as you, but do see a bad stock.
