Bancorp International Group Inc (BCIT) Announces Its Intention To File A Registration Statement With The Securities Exchange Commission (SEC).
The company has started the preparation of audited financial statements and narrative describing the nature of its intended business.

Thomas Megas CEO, and President of Bancorp International Group Inc. (BCIT) states the company stock is not currently registered with the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC).
Mr Megas wishes to announce that BCIT intends to file a registration statement with The Commission as soon as practicable in 2013.
Records kept by the company transfer agent EMPIRE STOCK TRANSFER Inc show that the company currently has 144 shareholders of record.
The Non Objecting Beneficial Owners list compiled by BROADRIDGE indicates that that there are 1150 beneficial shareholders in BCIT, however, many of those beneficial owners have requested to become shareholders of record and BCIT intends to prepare a registration statement as soon as possible so as to comply with rule 12(g) Securities Exchange Act 1934
BCIT has entered into communication with a sponsor broker, approved attorney and accountants to prepare the appropriate documents for filing.
Mr Megas confirms that CARLTON HUXLEY Ltd, the London based legal & law enforcement consultants will continue in their role of assisting BCIT management and shareholders until at least the end of 2013.
