Silvergoldenapple......and to other shareholders. I am new to IH and did some posting over at yahoo. I do not see this "poison pill" as a positive. We had the power to keep HotLips (HL) from lowballing us (vote) and now they want the right to "dilute" to keep from a takeover? I believe the only reason we are sitting below $3/share right now is because of our inept management. They had a golden opportunity of getting listed on the AMEX (a plan they had in place prior) with share prices above $2 for quite some time and sat on their hands. They forced this merger with some dry hole in MT (pronounced "empty") and further stripped our shareholder value. I am thinking they are setting up some scheme to further rape over the average shareholder. Check out the amount of shares the board holds (diddley) so they have very little skin in the game. Are they posturing Sprott for some sneaky deal???....or are they looking to cut and run??? Someone please tell this dummy he doesn't know his arse from a hole in the ground...........then back it up with whatever knowledge you have. I have held stock in our lil gem for over 4 years now and hate to see this possible abuse going on. Clawback............yeah.....I like the sound of that!!!
