I just posted something similar before reading your post.

Spot on. They are controlling the market and PUMPING it before the retail opens up.

On top of that, let me add the PR was a warmup. Look for another more robust PR, probably some bogus sale or multiple sales.

They face jail from the IRS. Do you think they're worried about the toothless SEC? ROFL. They'll say darn near anything.
