You are frozen
until eTrade updates your account. To be fair, all retail is frozen as the stock is allowed to trade before the share certificates are adjusted by the transfer agent and the DTC. Remember there was a DTC chil in place before the R/S.
All shares you see traded right now are newly issued by the company POST R/S. None of this is retail. That's why it is so easy for them to move it up--IMDS and the lenders control the float this week.
Next week -- different story. Remember what you just wrote:
