The Cal Bears just hired Sonny (?) Dykes from Louisiana Tech that had the highest scoring average of all the football teams in the country. Next year football in the Pac 12 is going to look a lot like fast break basketball with most of the teams running some sort of hurry up offense.

Now that Lane's daddy is gone I sure hope that SC hires somebody who knows how to use the speed on the defense to at least slow down some of the spread offenses that they will see next year. I hope that they hire someone that realizes that if they don't tackle full speed in practice that there is no way that they are going to be able to do it in games!!!
