If this is the case, you will likely never take a position here. Once chilled, a stock usually is chilled forever. I will say this though: I don't care about DTCC chills. I've traded many tickers with chills and I really don't care. But this isn't why I'm not why I hold no shares of SNDY.

I don't hold shares here because I hate the chart and I hate the trading action. An argument could be made that this is the time to start accumulating (on low volume, downward pps movement), but my risk tolerance is not that high at this point. For some, this may be the time to silently buy, but not for most.

I will not hold shares until there is significant bid support visible.
