Why should certain shareholders feel guilty about what Doug Evans did to the share structure?

After four years of continuous dilution the company can still not run on it's own at full capacity?

How many billions of shares do you think Doug needs to finance SGC perpetually?

100 billion? @ 0.0001?

Not good for investors.

No, I believe the only person who should not sleep at night is Doug Evans. He lost a lot of peoples money with his bad management of SGC.
