as a mining engineer, i would tell anyone to buy the stock because it will be over 10$ for sure but it will take some time.
They have many step to achieve but they are going to be the first to get ore from under the ocean. this is an amazing evolution in the mining industry. compare it to buying share of microsoft under a dollar in 1987. you would be a retired millionaire right now
