I called Scottrade - my broker - yesterday about shorting this. Their internal policy states that I cannot due to these reasons:
1. It's not above $5.00
2. It's not on a major exchange. They won't allow a pink sheet or BB to be shorted.
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.
