First off, the union problems were only because they wanted more money/benefits which equals higher costs to the company.

MP sales aren't covering costs
MP is in debt
That's why it wasn't worth the cost of production.



Twinkies shut down because their sales were falling and they were in debt, Plus problems with unions. That's why it wasn't worth the cost of production.

totally different situation from MSLP. Not comparable.
