So just to recap and this is important.....BCCI didn't just put out a fluff PR pretending they want to buy Tullys with no real follow through behind it....BCCI went in to Federal Bankruptcy court with an investor group apparently lined up to fund the deal and they filed paperwork to buy Tullys and in that paperwork was a bid by BCCI that is higher than the only other bid. This looks very real, link back....
