$0.04 = $0.0002 pre-200:1 reverse split

Didn't the company incorporate with a share price of $0.0001 however many years ago?

The investors are totally screwed here and I wouldn't bet against a chapter 7 then the guys fold and try their luck with new investors elsewhere. I don't believe they will attract new investors given what has happened as the owners and management have no credibility left in the market place. People will look into the history and see what has happened here and pass.
