ya ...it's been suggested that there's a chill on IDVC in fact the company thinks so ... but I've called the DTC several times to come to the conclusion there is no chill only std. book entry which means electronic complication and now that we've changed venues we are electronic trading friendly..... very much confusion with even brokers .... some no problem like scottrade and fidelity are fine TDA call it a chill I'm with Questrade i'm fine other than i have to deal with the OTC illiquid policy which restricts me to a certain vol. when making a trade. 20 day average vol.x 10% lol allotments ...guess they want there commission's lol NSCC rule they brokers fees and Questrade won't cover the fees ....
