Hello, I am a student of the history of a company. I believe that what has happened will happen again. So, with this in mind, and realizing that I am not a professional, I have broke down the patterns of CSCO into revolving quarterlies.
It is now 3-8-03 and CSCO is in the Mar-May quarterly. This quarterly has totaled growth of 102% in twelve years of studying it. The Apr-Jun quarter is 152%, the May-Jul quarter is 187%, so you can see that it has a pattern established to own the stock during these months in beneficial. If you hold the stock until Jul-Sept quarter you run the risk of losing value in your portfolio where the twelve year total is 51% growth or a mere 4% yearly growth for that specific quarter. The ultimate best time to own CSCO is the quarters Oct-Dec where the stock has a twelve year total growth of 316% and Nov-Jan where the total growth is a whopping 369% for 13 years, now.
I don't know what this kind of information can do for you, but if you find it helpful. I am pleased. Take care.

Ken
