I think the JV is a pipe dream for now. Our neighbor just made his bed with PMI and I don't see them adding anymore ventures. I would love to be wrong on that, but that's my opinion. Could be someone else, so who knows. I'm not looking for any JV's in SL, more looking forward to off-take arrangements for that concession. All IMO.
