Do we know if Dan was lying to the shareholders or his direction was not fast enough for growth prospects? Sounds more tangible to buy debt assets and collect on the due notices vs we are now in the oil & gas field? How many millions extra were on the balance sheet so we can discover and pump oil? Thats right none, the only income was from the actual debt contracts.

I don't know if Dan was selling a hill of beans or not, but his story is so much more believable than oil and gas for a penny stock.
