Lowtrade, FOGC. i realize this is not an interesting one, but what i have seen with this one, i have seen several times on the OTC. it went to no bid and was quiet, then had some volume spikes and came off no bid and is now going back and forth on no bid. is this a small group front loading for a little run or is anything going on? since i have seen this several times....just trying to better understand the game here.
