KMA Global Solutions International (KMAG)

I realize that this is a moot point by now since we all know KMAG is definately on the Grey Sheets and not doing very well. But, as I am sitting here, bored, trying to kill the rest of my lunch break, I realized I have never actually seen a letter or official document showing KMAG suspended by the SEC. I am about 98% sure that it is true and I just need that final nail to put into the coffin before I turn away, never to look again.

I went to this site, SEC Trading Suspensions and KMAG is not on the list.

Can someone provide me with a link so that I may get my "Final Nail."

Lastly, again, I am certain it is true, I just can't seem to find a link to it.
