Hmm, I noticed that the Equity Committee is no longer on the court docket for today. I checked the previous hearings and current hearings and its gone. Anyone know perhaps why?

I see that the last hearings are Dec 18th, and then after that everything will be in the new BK location of St Louis.

My only thinking is that they delayed the EC for the new venue location. But, then again, they would have announced it.

I found this. I guess Peabody may have filed an objection or noted objection on the very last day

Ok I see what they did, they moved it again. Most likely for St Louis court
