Without a SJ or new financing there is nothing that can support the PPS long term -- the near term anything can happen for a number of reasons. But until we have a major break in the ligation, and the financing especially as the deadline looms, it is folly to expect the PPS to hold up. Also, remember that the pledge made by KK earlier this year to limit dilution by the end of this year is no where to be seen in the Q3. If I missed it I am sure that you will correct me. So we have that pressure on the PPS as well.
