Nice try, dude. But you are wrong. If you read patent 336, Grewals ruling is word for word what is specified in the patent text.This particular ring oscillator design is variable by temperature. The temperature controls the speed of the ring, because of the voltage/current ohms law anomaly. Of course the plantiff wanted "noncontrollable" in there. Again, you are trying to confuse what really went on by obfuscation, just like the the plaintiffs lawyers have tried to do for the past 6 years. Keep reading the patent, maybe you will understand what is actually happening there.....
